Mr Andreas Mayrbäurl (Austrian Court of Audit) introduced a method of municipalities’ data analysis using Municipality Monitoring Tool, developed by the Austrian Court of Audit. Municipality Monitoring Tool is designed under statistics software R, but some of its functions can be adjusted to use in MS Excel. The Tool enables to compare municipalities with each other under different criteria, which can be chosen according to the need as well as to observe changes in municipalities, also to select the most risky of them.
